EL METODO PARA LA FORMACION DE UN EMBALAJE (1) PARA UNA PLURALIDAD DE RECEPTACULOS (2) DISPUESTOS EN LINEAS Y FILAS CONSISTE EN ENVOLVER EL GRUPO DE RECEPTACULOS CON UNA PELICULA DE PLASTICO TERMOSELLABLE (3), SUPERPONIENDO LOS DOS BORDES FINALES DE LA MISMA PARA PODERLOS UNIR POR CALOR. EN LA PELICULA SE FORMAN DE ANTEMANO UNAS LINEAS PRECORTADAS (5) PARALELAS A LA DIRECCION EN QUE SE EXTIENDE LA PELICULA. LAS LINEAS PRECORTADAS SE COLOCAN A UNA CIERTA DISTANCIA UNAS DE OTRAS Y, CUANDO EL EMBALAJE ESTA TERMINADO, CADA LINEA PRECORTADA DEBE QUEDAR ENTRE DOS FILAS ADYACENTES DE RECEPTACULOS. EN UN LADO DE LA PELICULA UTILIZADA HAY, EN LA POSICION DONDE YA HAY UNA LINEA PRECORTADA O SE VA A FORMAR, UNA ZONA EN FORMA DE TIRA QUE NO ES TERMOSELLABLE CUANDO ENTRA EN CONTACTO CON LA PELICULA. EL ANCHO DE LAS TIRAS NO TERMOSELLABLES SE SELLECIONA DE MODO QUE CUBRAN EL MAXIMO NUMERO DE IMPRECISIONES PRODUCIDAS DURANTE LA SUPERPOSICION POR LAS MAQUINAS DE EMBALAJE.
