Abstract

Pistón perfeccionado para amortiguadores hidráulicos. Los amortiguadores hidráulicos convencionales, tanto del tipo monotubo como bitubo, cuentan con un pistón (2) conectado al vástago (3) de accionamiento. Se forman dos cámaras: una de expansión o tracción (4) y otra de compresión (5), inundadas de aceite o fluido similar que pasa de una a otra por orificios calibrados y válvulas existentes en el pistón (2), a consecuencia de los movimientos de elevación y descenso de la rueda correspondiente.Acorde con la invención, una de las caras del pistón posee resaltes frontales (6) adecuadamente distribuidos y portadores de sendos orificios axiales (7) que atraviesan al pistón (2), teniendo un reborde con al menos una muesca (21), sobrela que queda aplicada una lámina de cierre (8) impulsada por un resorte helicoidal (10) que apoya en una tuerca (11) anclada al extremo del vástago (3). Existen otros orificios (13) periféricos ubicados fuera de los resaltes frontales (6), obturados en la otra cara del pistón (2) por una segunda lámina de cierre (14) asistida por un resorte (15) que la mantiene en posición de cierre; existiendo además en esta última cara un reborde o resalte anular (16) de mayor diámetro que la lámina de cierre (14), sobre el que queda aplicada unatercera lámina de cierre (17) asistida por un resorte helicoidal (18).Improved piston for hydraulic shock absorbers. There are other peripheral holes (13) located outside the front projections (6), sealed on the other side of the piston (2) by a second closing sheet (14) assisted by a spring (15) that keeps it in the closed position ; there being also in this last face an annular flange (16) of greater diameter than the closing sheet (14), on which a third closing sheet (17) is applied, assisted by a helical spring (18).
