Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una nueva prótesis de rodilla con inserto congruente móvil, basado en la utilización de un inserto de plástico (2), una bandeja tibial (1) metálica sobre la que desliza el inserto, la cual porta un tetón (4) que se corresponde con una ranura inferior (3) del inserto, permitiendo un desplazamiento controlado, con el que se consiguen considerables mejoras respecto a la reducción del desgaste y simplificación de la técnica quirúrgica.
