Abstract
Wind and solar electrical generation system which includes an electrical generator to charge batteries for an electricity supply that is independent of the mains, driven by a wind vane with three blades fitted to radial arms, the blades being shaped like hemispherical shells whose surfaces are fitted with solar cell modules.
