Cable de telecomunicaciones con elementos de descarga de la tracción colocados en la zona de la envoltura exterior. Un cable de telecomunicaciones (CA1) presenta un alma de cable (CI1) prevista en el centro así como una envoltura exterior (OS) y elementos de descarga de la tracción (TE11 - TE24) colocados en la zona de esta envoltura exterior. En la zona de estos elementos de descarga de la tracción (TE11 - TE24 ) está previsto adicionalmente al menos un elemento de transmisión óptica (OE1, OE2) con al menos una guía de ondas de luz (LW1, LW2).
