Abstract

The invention relates to a process and apparatus intended to transfer information from a first substance (16) to a second substance in order to modify at least one characteristic of the second substance. At least one scalar wave is generated by means of at least one generator of opposite electromagnetic fields the first substance (16) is placed in electric contact with at least one generator of opposite electromagnetic fields and the second substance is placed in a zone influenced by said scalar wave. The invention also refers to an antiparasitic plate which is comprised of a plate of conductor material treated with the method of the invention. The plate may have a surface (2) with has at least two protuberances.
