Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en la preparación de materiales dieléctricos de titanato de bario, caracterizadas porque los mismos tienen una composición expresada como BaO, TiO2, SnO2 y CaO tal que el Bao y el TiO2 están en proporciones sustancialmente estaquiométricas y hay suficiente CaO para combinarse con todo el SnO2 para dar un contenido de estannato de calcio entre 2% y 10% en peso y dejar un exceso de CaO de 0,6% a 1,6% en peso, estando los porcentajes calculados sobre el peso total del titanato de bario y del estannato de calcio.
