Procedimiento para la fabricación de pigmentos inorgánicos cerámicos basado en un proceso de combustión de sólidos.El procedimiento comprende aplicar localmente calor sobre una zona de una pieza compactada preparada a partir de las materias primas con el fin de iniciar una reacción de combustión exotérmica que se propaga por el resto de la pieza compactada y que provoca simultáneamente una reacción química entre las materias primas para formar el pigmento deseado, enfriar la masa resultante al finalizar la reacción y moler el pigmento obtenido hasta la granulometría deseada. El tratamiento térmico puede efectuarse en condiciones ambientales de temperatura y presión o en un reactor para la combustión desólidos. These pigments can be used in the manufacture of paints, in the ceramic and glass industries, in construction and decoration.
