DEBE SER DESARROLLADO UN PROCEDIMIENTO ECONOMICO Y LO MAS SENCILLO POSIBLE PARA LA POLIMERIZACION HIDROLITICA CONTINUA DE LACTAMO LAURINA. ESTE OBJETIVO SE CONSIGUE MEDIANTE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA POLIMERIZACION HIDROLITICA CONTINUA DE LACTAMO LAURINA, DONDE SE DOSIFICAN EL LACTAMO LAURINA Y AGUA POR MEDIO DE UNA BOMBA, EVENTUALMENTE DE UN REACTOR CON CIRCULACION DE MEZCLA DE RETROCESO AMPLIAMENTE IDEAL, A CONTINUACION REACCIONAN EN UN REACTOR TUBULAR PARA FORMAR UN PREPOLIMERO, QUE ENTONCES SE EXPANDE EN UNA VALVULA DE DISTENSION DE UN AGREGADO CORRESPONDIENTE SIENDO EJECUTADO DE TAL MODO, QUE A) EL CONTENIDO EN AGUA EN LA PREPOLIMERIZACION ALCANZA DESDE 7 HASTA 20 % EN PESO, B) LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION EN LA PREPOLIMERIZACION ALCANZA DESDE 280 HASTA 320 LA DE TAL FORMA, QUE LA PRESION DE TRABAJO SE ENCUENTRA POR ENCIMA DE LA PRESION PARCIAL DE VAPOR DE AGUA DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION.
