THE METHOD INVOLVES COATING A SHEET THAT HAS A RELEASE SURFACE WITH A PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TO FORM A PRESSURE SENSITIVE LAMINATE, DRYING OR HARDENING, AND COINCIDING THE LAMINATE OF THE INTERFACE SURFACE. INCLUDING A MATERIAL INCLUDING A MIXTURE OF POLYSILOXANE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE ADHESIVE AND SUBSTANTIALLY INSOLUBLE IN WATER (I) AND POLYSYLOXANE COMPATIBLE WITH THE ADHESIVE AND WATER-SOLUBLE ADHESIVE IN THE ADHESIVE BONDING STRENGTH PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE INTIMATELY MIXED WITH PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE BEFORE THE ADHESIVE IS COATED ON THE SHEET RELEASE SURFACE. THE RESULTING LAMINATE CAN BE EASILY APPLIED TO A SUBSTRATE, REMOVED AND, IF NECESSARY, REPOSITION OR HARDENING, AND PROVIDES A HIGHER INCREASE IN THE VALUE OF ADHESION DURING A LONGER PERIOD OF INSTALLATION. THE LAMINATE IS SUITABLE FOR USE AS A PROTECTIVE AND / OR DECORATIVE COVER, AS WELL AS FOR ADHESIVE TAPES, LABELS AND THE LIKE.
