Abstract
Con el procedimiento presentado en esta patente, se calculan en pocos minutos las resistencias mecánicas que tendrá a 28 días el clinker o el cemento Portland, pudiendo utilizarse este procedimiento para el control del proceso de fabricación. Mediante difracción de RX se determinen las características estructurales de los minerales del clinker: Tamaño cristalino "D'', Contenido de microtensiones en la red "T'', y Coeficiente de variación estructural "DIF D'', para lo cual, se efectúa sobre una muestra de polvo el barrido de dos picos de la zona de su espectro. A partir de los valores de las intensidades de difracción se calculan los factores cristalográficos por el método de la Varianza y con los datos obtenidos, junto con la composición mineralógica y la finura de molienda, se calculan automátícamente las resistencias siguiendo un programa de cálculo con ordenador.With the procedure presented in this patent, the mechanical resistances that the clinker or Portland cement will have at 28 days are calculated in a few minutes, and this procedure can be used to control the manufacturing process.
