Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de hongos entomopatógenos a partir de la utilización del mesocarpo de la almendra, que consiste en la utilización de un hongo denominado Verticillium lecanii inoculado sobre agar extracto de maíz, dispuesto sobre una placa Petri estéril de 9 centímetros de diámetro, utilizándose colonias de hongo aproximadamente siete días de crecimiento, estando el mesocarpo de la almendra secado al aire y cortado en fragmentos de 5x5 milímetros, el cual se sumerge a temperatura ambiente durante una hora en al agua destilada hasta alcanzar la saturación, para posteriormente ser esterilizado por calor húmero, mediante la autoclave de vapor durante 15 minutos a 120 ºC de temperatura, inoculándose 100 conidios diluidos en 5 mililitros de agua destilada estéril, produciéndose la germinación de los conidios a partir de los seis días, realizándose la operación de inoculado sobre una placa Petri.Procedure for the production of entomopathogenic fungi from the use of the almond mesocarp, which consists of the use of a fungus called Verticillium lecanii inoculated on corn extract agar, placed on a sterile Petri dish 9 centimeters in diameter, using colonies of mushroom approximately seven days of growth, being the almond mesocarp air-dried and cut into 5x5 millimeter fragments, which is immersed at room temperature for one hour in distilled water until saturation is reached, to be subsequently sterilized by heat humerus, by means of the steam autoclave for 15 minutes at a temperature of 120 ºC, inoculating 100 conidia diluted in 5 milliliters of sterile distilled water, producing the germination of the conidia from six days, performing the inoculation operation on a Petri dish .
