Abstract
Phased, solar-radiation concentrating lens. It is characterised by the formation of a lens, reflecting the solar rays, by means of a mirror segmented into small fragments 1, by being cut up with a laser beam, diamond tip or any other conventional means. The mirror, once fragmented via its rear face, is fixed by bonding onto a support 2. The said support is of flexible composition, such as self-adhesive plastic for example, a canvas backing, or any other similar element which allows the mirror to be bonded via its rear part. It uses a support made of metal, wood or any other type of material 3, with the defined concave curvature, for fastening the self-adhesive plastic, canvas backing or chosen material assembly to the already fragmented mirror. The entire assembly forms a solar-energy concentrating lens, formed by means of discontinuous and phased mirrors, which, oriented in the chosen direction, projects the solar energy received onto a defined object.
