Abstract

Grupo de pistón-cilindro y procedimiento para su fabricación. El grupo de pistón-cilindro, en particular un amortiguador de vibraciones, comprende un cilindro que va cerrado por tapas en sus extremos y que constituye un recinto de trabajo, así como un portatuberías para tender una tubería unida con el grupo de pistón-cilindro o con componentes contiguos, siendo el portatuberías un componente de la tapa. El procedimiento se caracteriza porque la tapa (5) presenta un exceso de volumen en comparación con la tapa terminada, exceso que se deforma dentro de una herramienta de estampación. En una etapa de desbarbado final se elabora un portatuberías a partir de la rebarba de la forja. (Figura 1).
