Abstract
Mecanismo de enrollado de masa panificable. Está constituido por una cinta inferior (1) que arrastra la porción de masa panificable (2), una cinta superior (3) que presenta un movimiento opuesto a la cinta inferior (1) y sobre la que contacta el borde anterior de la porción de masa para iniciar su enrollado, incorporando una serie de varillas giratorias (4) en disposición transversal, cuya extremos se encuentran acoplados en rodamientos (8) contados en un soporte (5) sobre cadenas de arrastre laterales (6), cadenas (6) que ocasionan el desplazamiento de dichas varillas (4) sobre las que contacta el borde anterior de la porción de masa (2) al desplazarse debajo de la cinta superior (3), facilitando la elevación de dicho borde de la porción de masa para su contacto con la cinta superior (3) iniciando su enrollado.
