Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de cubiertas para cajas de fruta. Partiendo de una banda continua (16) de malla de plástico, de anchura coincidente con la exigida por las cubiertas, y de un alimentador (9) de tiras (4) de cartón, consiste en establecer dos alineaciones paralelas de tiras de cartón (4) sobre un elemento transportador (8) adecuado, resultando dichas tiras contactantes entre sí por sus extremos pero sin llegar a montarse y siendo la zona marginal interna de dichas tiras impregnada con un adhesivo con la colaboración de un mecanismo de encolado (10) situado junto al alimentador (9), mientras que paralelamente la banda continua (16) recibe el accionamiento de un mecanismo de corte (14), para confluir sobre el elemento transportador (8), ya fragmentada, de manera que cada trozo de malla (2) se sitúa convenientemente sobre cada pareja de tiras de cartón (4) correspondientes y se fija definitivamente a las mismas con la colaboración de un elemento prensor (17) que activa eleadhesivo.Figura 3.Manufacturing procedure of covers for fruit boxes.
