Abstract

ADN recombinante que codifica para epítopos del alérgeno profilina útil para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de alergias. Las moléculas de ADN recombinante codifican para un polipéptido que tiene al menos un epítopo del alérgeno profilina de plantas seleccionadas del grupo formado por Cynodon dactylon, Phleum pratense, Parietaria judaica, Helianthus annuus, Olea europaea y Mercurialis annua. El polipéptido se obtiene cultivando un organismo hospedador conteniendo el vehículo de expresión microbiano correspondiente. Aplicación en el tratamiento y diagnóstico de determinadas alergias.
