Abstract

The sofa bed has a auxiliary frame (3) which is under the seat and is pulled out to form a sleeping surface. A padded panel (5) is fixed to the front of the frame. The frame has guide rails (8) fixed to it, in the form of dovetails, with slides (9) on the panel sliding vertically on the rails. The frame is U-shaped, and the rails are fixed to the ends of its wings. The lower ends of the rails have stops (11) which limit the slides, which can be blocked in position by elastic clips.
