Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en el aprovechamiento del efecto fotovoltaico en escudos fototérmicos. Permiten aumentar el rendimiento en la producción de energía eléctrica y disminuir el grosor de los paneles transparentes que conforman el escudo sin perjuicio de la transparencia de los mismos. El aumento del rendimiento eléctrico se basa en la incorporación de una rejilla de alta conductividad (3) en los vidrios conductores de la parte fotovoltaica de los paneles para disminuir la resistencia eléctrica de los mismos; mientras que la disminución de grosor se facilita al compartirse una de las capas de la parte fotovoltaica con la parte térmica del panel correspondiente. Dichos perfeccionamientos también son aplicables a paneles fototérmicos opacos, habiéndose previsto una realización a modo de teja que se acopla con suma facilidad a elementos análogos.Improvements in the use of the photovoltaic effect in photothermal shields. They allow to increase the performance in the production of electrical energy and decrease the thickness of the transparent panels that make up the shield without prejudice to their transparency. The increase in electrical performance is based on the incorporation of a high conductivity grid (3) in the conductive glasses of the photovoltaic part of the panels to decrease their electrical resistance; while the decrease in thickness is facilitated by sharing one of the layers of the photovoltaic part with the thermal part of the corresponding panel. Said improvements are also applicable to opaque photothermal panels, with a tile-like embodiment being provided that is easily coupled to similar elements.
