Abstract

Modular luminous sign. Based on a plurality of vertical struts 1, these are fixed to rear longitudinal profile sections 2, which form suitable spacing for the former and which constitute a means of wall attachment for the assembly, these struts 1 having lateral grooves 5, with a restricted mouth, through which lighting modules 6 can be coupled through vertical sliding, taking the form of corresponding parabolas with their light sources 9 consisting of housings fitted in their side walls 7 with ribs complementary in form and dimensions to the aforesaid grooves 5, so that through this male-female coupling each module 6 is capable of moving vertically with respect to the corresponding pair of struts 1, in maintenance tasks. A pair of longitudinal, front profile sections 12 complete the upper and lower edges of the sign, being fixed to the ends of the vertical struts 1 and having 12 means of fastening for the translucent laminar body 14 bearing the sign's information.
