RESUELVE EL PROBLEMA DE INSPECCION AUTOMATICA Y VIGILANCIA CONTINUA DE PERDIDAS DE ENERGIA EN PURGADORES, SIN INTERVENCION HUMANA. REDUCE CONSIDERABLEMENTE EL CONSUMO ENERGETICO DETECTANDO PERDIDAS DE VAPOR SIMULTANEAMENTE Y EN TIEMPO REAL EN TODOS LOS PUNTOS DE LA INSTALACION.AUTONOMOUS ELECTRONIC MOTORIZATION SYSTEM AND CONTINUOUS MONITORING FOR PURGERS, VALVES AND FLUID INSTALLATIONS. IT IS FORMED BY THREE BASIC ELEMENTS: A TRIPLE SENSOR (1), AN ELECTRONIC ANALYZER (2) COVERED WITH SOLAR PANELS (4) AND AN OPTIONAL RECEIVER (3). FIGURE 1. THE SENSOR MEASURES FLUID CONDUCTIVITY, PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE. THE ELECTRONIC ANALYZER CONTINUOUSLY MONITORS THE STATE (PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE) AND FLUID CONDUCTIVITY, PROVIDING OPTICAL, ACOUSTIC AND NUMERICAL INFORMATION, IN SITU OR AT A DISTANCE, ACCORDING TO THE RESULT OF THE ANALYSIS CARRIED OUT. THE RECEIVER CENTRALIZES AND PROCESSES THE INFORMATION ISSUED BY THE ANALYZER. THE ANALYZER'S ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS ARE POWERED BY BATTERIES, RECHARGED THROUGH PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS INCORPORATED INTO THE EQUIPMENT. THIS SYSTEM CAN BE APPLIED TO CONTINUOUS SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL OF STEAM LEAKS IN DRAINERS, AND IN GENERAL, TO THE CONTROL OF FLUID PASSAGE IN ANY INSTALLATION. SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF AUTOMATIC INSPECTION AND CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF ENERGY LOSS IN PURGADORES, WITHOUT HUMAN INTERVENTION. CONSIDERABLY REDUCES ENERGY CONSUMPTION BY DETECTING STEAM LOSSES SIMULTANEOUSLY AND IN REAL TIME AT ALL POINTS OF THE INSTALLATION.
