Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for ventilating a headlamp, with casing, for a motor vehicle. According to the invention, the device comprises a labyrinth ventilation channel defined jointly by an arrangement of a lower part of the casing and an attached plug (30) including a generally flat bottom (32), the labyrinth ventilation channel extending in an essentially horizontal plane and including a closed outer wall, a central opening towards the interior of the said casing as well as a peripheral opening (33) towards the outside of the casing, made in the bottom of the plug in immediate proximity to the said outer wall.
