IN STATIONARY OPERATION, THE COMPLETE RECIRCULATION LIQUID FLOWS IN THE LOWER PRESSURE STAGE (3) FROM THE BOTTOM AREA OF THE REDUCED PRESSURE STAGE (12) IS DRAWN (12) TO A CONTAINER (13) .
