EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN ELECTROLIZAR UN FLUJO PARCIAL DE ELECTROLITO DE CLORATO PRODUCIDO, EN UNA CUBA PROVISTA DE UN SEPARADOR, PARA PRODUCIR UN CATOLITO QUE CONTIENE HIDROXIDO DE METAL ALCALINO Y UN ANOLITO QUE CONTIENE ACIDO CLORHIDRICO.
