Abstract

Improvements in the manufacture of sealing plugs for closing containers characterized in that the sealing cap comprises a disk-like upper part and a skirt that extends laterally from it, surrounding its periphery, an internal notch formed in the material of said cap, such a notch being traced continuous and extending at least in part of its route through the aforementioned upper part of the cap and continuing down to the bottom of said skirt a gasket received within said cap and fixed to the inside face thereof, this gasket having a part that extends into the notch and fills it in the places where the gasket crosses it.
