SE PRESENTAN LOS METODOS PARA MEDIR LOS DIAMETROS DE FILAMENTOS TRANSPARENTES CON UNA GRAN PRECISION. LOS METODOS CONSISTEN EN DETERMINAR LA FRECUENCIA ESPACIAL MEDIA DEL DIAGRAMA DE INTERFERENCIA DE CAMPO LEJANO A BASE DE ILUMINAR EL FILAMENTO CON UN HAZ DE UNA LUZ LASER UTILIZANDO UNA SERIE DE TRANSFORMADAS DE FOURIER DE SECUENCIA DISCRETA (DSFTS). TAMBIEN SE PRESENTAN LOS METODOS PARA HACER QUE LA MEDIDA DE LOS DIAMETROS SE EXTIENDA A LA ELEPTICIDAD DEL FILAMENTO A BASE DE DETERMINAR EL DIAMETRO EN DOS LUGARES SEPARADOS UNA CANTIDAD TAL QUE UNA GRAFICA DEL DIAMETRO EN FUNCION DEL ANGULO DE ROTACION DE UN FILAMENTO ELIPTICO CALCULADO EN EL PRIMER LUGAR TENGA UN DESFASE DE 90 (GRADOS) APROXIMADAMENTE RESPECTO A LA MISMA GRAFICA CALCULADA EN EL SEGUNDO LUGAR.
