Abstract

Double calibrating machine for nuts, vegetables and other products. It comprises two vibrating screens or boxes 2 and 3 mounted one on top of the other and a suitable distance apart inside and at the top of a frame 1, in the intermediate separation 4 of which and at an intermediate longitudinal point of the boxes 2 and 3 there is the transverse shaft 5 mounted between the bearings 6, carrying, at both sides of the upper box 2, the eccentric bushes 7, provided with the radial arm 8 in elevation, joined to the spring 9 and to the plate 10 secured to the upper box 2, and the eccentric bushes 11, with the descending radial arm 12, joined to the spring 13 and to the plate 14 secured to the lower box 3, the box 2 comprising the projecting plates 16 which are fastened to the springs 17 and the latter to the frame 1, by means of the plates 18, in the same manner as the plates 19 secured to the lower box 3 are joined to the springs 20 and the latter to the plates 21 secured to the frame 1, the boxes 2 and 3 comprising the superposed screens 22 for the merchandise introduced at one end via the hoppers 23 and the vibrating trays 24 actuated by the mechanisms 25, emerging at the other end via the discharge mouths 26 and the conduits 27 which place them in mutual communication, the products having been already distributed by size.
