THE OPTIMAL PRESSURE OF CONSTANT PRESSURE TRANSITION POINT FOR EACH PAIR OF VALVE POINTS BECOMES A PERCENTAGE OF THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADJACENT PAIRS OF VALVE POINTS. THE IMPULSE CHAMBER PRESSURE IS USED TO CALCULATE A CORRESPONDING IMPULSE CHAMBER PRESSURE TO EFFECT THE TRANSITION FROM ONE MODE TO THE OTHER BASED ON THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE PERCENTAGE. IT IS POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE THE OPERATING PERFORMANCE OF A THERMAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT BY DYNAMIC ADJUSTMENT OF VALVE POINT VALUES DURING THE OPERATION OF THE TURBINE.
