Abstract

Cierre de botella y similares perfeccionado dotado de un depósito con fondo fracturable; en el que se halla dispuesto un elemento de presión que sobresale por la parte superior y que se halla destinado a romper el mencionado fondo, hallándose todo este conjunto encerrado en una capsula de aluminio, que es a su vez el precinto de garantía y que se halla entallada alrededor del gollete o cuello fileteado de la botella y que presenta una reducción interior contra un realce previsto en el cuello, caracterizado por el hecho de que en el espacio de la capsula de aluminio que se halla por encima del cuello da la botella se halla encerrado un sombrerillo capaz de contener la parte sobresaliente del mencionado elemento presor y que actua como elemento de retención por un tanto antes de efectuarse la abertura de la capsula mediante despega do de la faja de garantía, por cuanto es empujado por esta última a presionar con su borde contra el reborde del depósito, con el fin de asegurar el cierre de esteúltimo contra la boca de la botella, como, despues de tal abertura y una vez eliminado dicho depósito por cuanto el atornillado a fondo de la capsula de aluminio empuje dicho borde del sombrerillo con el fin de presionar directamente sobre la mencionada boca de la botella.
