Abstract

In one cycle the plant converts vegetable materials, for example the refuse produced after pressing olives or grapes, and animal materials. Section 1. - It condenses the vapours obtained in the system after the removal of moisture from the material. Section 2. - Equipment for producing heat through the combustion of any fuel, combustion being promoted by supplies of air preheated in Section 1. Section 3. - The material is preheated in its travel to this section by means of semi-heated supplies of air and vapours from Section 4. The material is then located, in metered form, in a static compartment where hot supplies of air from Section 2 constantly circulate. It is then dried by means of said supplies of air and constant churning, by an interior rotor, with the option of it being possible for it to be ground or separated into particles of different weight. Section 4. - It decants the particles from the water vapours originating from drying.
