RETIRAR EL RECIPIENTE O FUENTE DE CALOR, AGREGAR LA CERA AGITANDO CON UNA BATIDORA HASTA SU TOTAL DISOLUCION, INCORPORAR LA GLICERINA ESTERILIZADA SIN DEJAR DE BATIR, HASTA QUE LA PASTA SEA HOMOGENEA, AÑADIR LAS ESENCIAS UNA TRAS OTRA, SIN DEJAR DE BATIR. DESDE QUE SE RETIRA EL RECIPIENTE Y DURANTE TODOS LOS PROCESOS, REFRIGERAR SIN DEJAR DE MOVER HASTA QUE EL BALSAMO ESTE TOTALMENTE ENFRIADO Y SOLIDIFICADO. LAS PROPORCIONES PREVISTAS SON: AGUA DE MANANTIAL ENTRE EL 68,97 AL 71,88 POR CIENTO, CERA VIRGEN ENTRE EL 7,81 AL 8,62 POR CIENTO, GLICERINA ESTERILIZADA ENTRE EL 15,63 AL 17,24 POR CIENTO, ESENCIA DE ROMERO ENTRE EL 3,13 AL 3,54 POR CIENTO Y OTRA ESENCIA A ELEGIR ENTRE EL 1,56 AL 1,88 POR CIENTO. LA OTRA ESENCIA SE ELIGE ENTRE EL TOMILLO, LA SALVIA, EL ESPLIEGO O LA LAVANDA, EUCALIPTO, EL CAYEPUT,LA ANGELICA ARCHANGELICA, LA ROSA DAMASCENA.
