PROCESO DE FABRICACION QUE COMPRENDE LA SINTESIS DE DINITRATO DE HEXAMINA MEDIANTE LA NEUTRALIZACION DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE HEXAMINA CON ACIDO NITRICO EN CONDICIONES CONTROLADAS DE TEMPERATURA Y LA ESTABILIZACION DEL DINITRATO DE HEXAMINA OBTENIDO POR ADICION DE HEXAMINA. LA ALTA ESTABILIDAD DEL DINITRATO DE HEXAMINA OBTENIDO POR EL PRESENTA METODO PERMITE SU TRANSPORTE HASTA EL LUGAR DE EXPLOTACION, DONDE SE PREPARA EL HIDROGEL EXPLOSIVO EN UN MEZCLADOR MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE AGUA, HEXAMINA, COMBUSTIBLES, ESPESANTES, ENTRECRUZANTES Y AGENTES REDUCTORES DE DENSIDAD. ESTAS COMPOSICIONES EXPLOSIVAS TIENEN APLICACIONES INDUSTRIALES, ESPECIALMENTE EN EXPLOTACIONES MINERAS A CIELO ABIERTO Y EN OBRAS PUBLICAS.
