Abstract

A heat exchanger unit for vehicles includes a frame 2 and two or more heat exchangers 3 (Figure 3), 41, 42, 43 that are fixed in this frame. The heat exchangers are disposed in two planes (E1, E2) and are acted on by a flow of cool air (L) one side. The frame 2 is moulded of synthetic material and has at least one cross-piece 50, 62 (figure 4) which extends in one of the above-mentioned planes. At least one of the heat exchangers 41, 42, 43 disposed in these planes is fixed to the frame 2 and one of the cross-piece 50, 62. Location projections 30 and elastic clips 32 are provided for securing the heat exchangers to the frame.
