EL PROCEDIMIENTO PARTE DE LA UTILIZACION DE UN ENVASE DOTADO DE MEDIOS DE CIERRE ESTANCO Y ESTRUCTURADO A BASE DE UN MATERIAL QUE OFREZCA UNAS OPTIMAS CONDICIONES DE BARRERA ENTRE LOS AMBIENTES EXTERIOR E INTERIOR AL CITADO ENVASE, Y CONSISTE EN DEPOSITAR SOBRE EL FONDO DE DICHO ENVASE, CON SU EMBOCADURA ORIENTADA HACIA ARRIBA, UNA DOSIS ADECUADA DE NITROGENO LIQUIDO, INMEDIATAMENTE ANTES DE LA INTRODUCCION EN EL ENVASE EL CIGARRO O CIGARROS, DE MANERA QUE ESTOS DESPLAZAN INICIALMENTE EL AIRE AMBIENTAL EXISTENTE EN EL ENVASE Y SEGUIDAMENTE EL NITROGENO GASEADO CON LO QUE, EN EL MOMENTO DE EFECTUAR EL CIERRE ESTANCO DE DICHO ENVASE, INMEDIATAMENTE A CONTINUACION DE LA IMPLANTACION DEL TABACO, EL AMBIENTE QUE RODEA A ESTE ULTIMO EN EL SENO DEL ENVASE ES EXCLUSIVAMENTE NITROGENO, GAS PRACTICAMENTE INERTE PARA EL TABACO.
