EL PROCESO DE MEDICION QUE UTILIZA ESTE DISPOSITIVO ESTA BASADO EN LA APLICACION EN EL CIRCUITO DE EXCITACION, DE UNA MANERA CONSECUTIVA, DE AL MENOS DOS AMPLITUDES DE TENSION DIFERENTES DE UNA MISMA FRECUENCIA, O DE DOS FRECUENCIAS DIFERENTES PARA UNA MISMA AMPLITUD DE TENSION.
