Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE BIODEGRACION DE RESIDUOS LIGNOCELULOSICOS DERIVADOS DE LA INDUSTRIA PAPELERA, CARACTERIZADO POR LA MEZCLA DE DICHO RESIDUO CON MATERIALES DE ALTA CARGA ORGANICA DEGRADABLE, QUE ACTUAN COMO FUENTE DE NITROGENO Y OTROS NUTRIENTES, ASI COMO DE INOCULO NATURAL DE MICROORGANISMOS. LA ADICION DE ESTOS MATERIALES PERMITE LA DEGRADACION DE CELULOSAS Y HEMICELULOSAS, OBTENIENDOSE UN PRODUCTO SUSCEPTIBLE DE SER UTILIZADO COMO ENMIENDA ORGANICA EN SUELOS AGRICOLAS O FORESTALES. ESTE PROCESO EVOLUCIONA BAJO UNA CUBIERTA QUE IMPIDA SU ENCHARCAMIENTO POR AGUA DE LLUVIA Y PRECISA DE VOLTEOS PERIODICOS. LAS VENTAJAS QUE PRESENTA ESTE PROCESO, SON: A) REUTILIZACION DE UNA FUENTE DE MATERIA ORGANICA FRENTE A LOS METODOS DESTRUCTIVOS UTILIZADOS CONVENCIONALMENTE; B) UTILIZACION DE OTROS RESIDUOS PROBLEMATICOS COMO ESTIERCOLES, PURINES, Y LODOS RESIDUALES URBANOS; Y C) TECNOLOGIA DE BAJO COSTE QUE NO PRECISA DE UNA INFRAESTRUCTURA COMPLEJA Y DE SENCILLA APLICACION.THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO A BIODEGRATION PROCESS OF LIGNOCELLULOSIC WASTE DERIVED FROM THE PAPER INDUSTRY, CHARACTERIZED BY THE MIXTURE OF SUCH WASTE, WITH DEGRADABLE ORGANIC LOADING MATERIALS FROM OUR SOUTHERN, NORTHERN, AND MICROORGANISMS. THE ADDITION OF THESE MATERIALS ALLOWS THE DEGRADATION OF CELLULOSE AND HEMICELLULOSE, OBTAINING A PRODUCT SUSCEPTIBLE TO BE USED AS AN ORGANIC AMENDMENT IN AGRICULTURAL OR FOREST SOILS. THIS PROCESS EVOLVES UNDER A DECK THAT PREVENTS ITS STORAGE BY RAINWATER AND REQUIRES PERIODIC TURNS. THE ADVANTAGES THAT THIS PROCESS PRESENTS, ARE: A) REUSE OF A SOURCE OF ORGANIC MATTER AGAINST THE DESTRUCTIVE METHODS USED CONVENTIONALLY; B) USE OF OTHER PROBLEMATIC WASTE SUCH AS MANURE, PURINES, AND URBAN WASTE SLUDGE; AND C) LOW COST TECHNOLOGY THAT DOES NOT NEED A COMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURE AND OF SIMPLE APPLICATION.
