LA PRESENTE INVENCION TIENE POR OBJETO LA OBTENCION DE UNA PROTEINA, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE A PARTIR DE UNA CEPA DEL GENERO BACILLUS EN EL CROMOSOMA DEL CUAL HAN SIDO INTEGRADOS EN UN GEN NO ESENCIAL DE DICHA CEPA: A) UNA UNIDAD AMPLIABLE QUE TIENEN UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN DETERMINADA M ENCUADRADA POR DOS SECUENCIAS DE ADN IDENTICAS D ORIENTADAS EN SENTIDO DIRECTO, CONTENIENDO LA SECUENCIA M EL GEN DE ESTRUCTURA DE DICHA PROTEINA PUESTO BAJO EL CONTROL DE ELEMENTOS DE EXPRESION Y SECRECION INDUCTIBLES EN BACILLUS DE DICHA PROTEINA Y EVENTUALMENTE UN GEN SELECIONABLE, Y B) UN SISTEMA DE REPLICACION O REPLICON INDUCTIBLE O CONDICIONAL IGUALMENTE INTEGRADO EN DICHO GEN NO ESENCIAL DEL CROMOSOMA DE LA CEPA SUPERIOR DE LA UNIDAD AMPLIABLE; 1. SE RECUPERA DICHA PROTEINA EXPRESADA.
