LA INVENCION ES RELATIVA A UN APARATO PARA EL CONTROL DE UN PROCESO DE PASTEURIZACION, DISEÑADO PARA APLICARSE EN EL AREA MEDIO CENTRAL DE UN PASTEURIZADOR, LOCALIZADO CORRIENTE ABAJO DEL AREA TERMICA, DESDE LA CUAL SE TRANSPORTAN BOTELLAS (1) MEDIANTE UN PORTADOR (2), Y CORRIENTE ARRIBA DE UN AREA REFRIGERANTE DE BOTELLAS. EN DICHA AREA CENTRAL PROVISTA DE UN PASTEURIZADOR Y HECHA PARA ALBERGAR CUATRO TANQUES (7, 8, 9, 10) QUE CONTENGAN AGUA A DIFERENTE TEMPERATURA Y QUE ALIMENTARAN A IGUAL NUMERO DE PULVERIZADORES (3, 4, 5, 6) LOCALIZADOS ALREDEDOR DE LAS BOTELLAS (1) EN MOVIMIENTO. LOS TANQUES MEDIOS (8, 9) ESTAN CADA UNO DIVIDIDOS EN CAMARAS (12, 13, 24, 25) QUE SON DOS Y QUE ESTAN SEPARADAS POR UNA DIVISION EN VERTICAL (11, 23).
