Abstract
METODO DE DIAGNOSTICO Y CLASIFICACION DE ESPECIES DE TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI. A TRAVES DE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS ES POSIBLE PRODUCIR POR SINTESIS QUIMICA FRAGMENTOS DE OLIGONUCLEOTIDOS DE ESTRUCTURA PARCIAL IDENTICA. ESTOS FRAGMENTOS CONSTITUYEN LAS SONDAS QUE SE UTILIZAN COMO CEBADORES PARA LA AMPLIFICACION DE UN FRAGMENTO MAYOR DEL DNA DEL PARASITO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE LOS OLIGONUCLEOTIDOS SINTETIZADOS. LA DETECCION DE DNA AMPLIFICADO ES UNA DEMOSTRACION DIRECTA DE LA PRESENCIA DEL PARASITO EN LA MUESTRA QUE SE ANALIZA. LA SECUENCIA SE UTILIZA PARA LA DETECCION DE TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI POR PCR (REACCION DE LA POLIMERACION EN CADENA) Y PARA LA CLASIFICACION DE ESPECIES Y VARIEDADES DE TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI.DIAGNOSTIC METHOD AND CLASSIFICATION OF TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI SPECIES. THROUGH A SEQUENCE OF NUCLEOTIDES IT IS POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE BY CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS FRAGMENTS OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDES OF IDENTIFIC PARTIAL STRUCTURE. THESE FRAGMENTS CONSTITUTE THE PROBES THAT ARE USED AS PRIMERS FOR THE AMPLIFICATION OF A MAJOR FRAGMENT OF THE DNA OF THE PARASITE INCLUDED AMONG THE SYNTHESIZED OLIGONUCLEOTIDES. THE DETECTION OF AMPLIFIED DNA IS A DIRECT DEMONSTRATION OF THE PRESENCE OF THE PARASITE IN THE SAMPLE ANALYZED. THE SEQUENCE IS USED FOR THE DETECTION OF TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI BY PCR (REACTION OF CHAIN POLYMERATION) AND FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI SPECIES AND VARIETIES.
