Abstract
Vehicle fleet control system using differential GPS positioning. It can recognise the position of the vehicles in a fleet and represent them on a map each of which can communicate automatically it is specially applied in terrestrial, aerial, or marine mobiles. It is comprised of two segments:The Control segment is equipped with a GPS receiver (33) that calculates its exact known position calculating the position error and sending it, using a radio transceiver resource (41) or telephone network (40) for mobile telephony, to the fleet of vehicles that is to be controlled. Each vehicle of the Mobil segment is equipped with a differential GPS receiver (2) connected to a processor (5) that controls the radio transceiver (23) and a mobile telephone (22) that delivers the error data calculated by the Control segment, accurately calculating and sending its position to the Control segment it can be connected to various sensors of the vehicle (11, 13, 15, 17) in order to send additional information or receive it to be displayed on a screen.
