Abstract
EL CODIFICADOR TIENE UN NUMERO RELATIVAMENTE ELEVADO DE PARES DE POLOS MAGNETICOS (PPM), DE LOS CUALES CADA UNO (22) TIENE UNA DENSIDAD DE FLUJO MAGNETICO OPTIMA, PARA UTILIZARSE EN APLICACIONES QUE PRECISEN UN NIVEL DE RESOLUCION RELATIVAMENTE ELEVADO, POR EJEMPLO EN UN CONJUNTO DETECTOR. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MAGNETIZAR EL CODIFICADOR COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS SIGUIENTES: (A) DETERMINAR EL NUMERO DE (PPM) NECESARIO PARA OBTENER EL NIVEL DE RESOLUCION ADECUADA Y ESCOGER UNA CONFIGURACION DE CONJUNTO PARA LA APLICACION ESPECIFICA; (B) DETERMINAR EL ENTREHIERRO MAXIMO APROPIADO PARA ESTA CONFIGURACION DE CONJUNTO; (C) DETERMNINAR, PARA CADA (PPM) UNA DENSIDAD DE FLUJO MAGNETICO DE UMBRAL PARA LA QUE EL SENSOR SERA SENSIBLE EN LAS CONDICIONES DE ENTREHIERRO MAXIMO; (D) SELECCIONAR UN GRUPO DE MATERIALES QUE PERMITAN FABRICAR EL CODIFICADOR SEGUN LAS CONDICIONES REQUERIDAS; (E) ESCOGER EL MATERIAL OPTIMO DE ENTRE LOS DEL GRUPO; Y (F) MAGNETIZAR UN CODIFICADOR FABRICADO CON EL MATERIAL ESCOGIDO DE ACUERDO CON LAS CONDICIONES REQUERIDAS.
