Abstract

PURPOSE:To monitor the generation of trouble at all times regardless of the presence of the starting of each motorman's seat by inputting the starting commands of the motorman's seats, turning an output from a modulation circuit ON-OFF and outputting the contact of a transmission effective relay as the trouble of a train-operation control-command transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A frequency-modulated signal and the ON/OFF commands of a modulation circuit corresponding to a motorman's-seat starting command input from a terminal B are input to a switch circuit (35). On the other hand, an excitation-signal output circuit 4 conducts the AND logic output of the excitation signal of a first system circuit 1 and the excitation signal of a second system circuit 2. That is, the output is generated only when both signals are generated. The excitation signals are amplified or rectified after amplification by an AC amplifier 5, and a transmission effective relay coil 6 is excited. When the excitation of an input signal is stopped, output power is lost because only an AC section is amplified, and the transmission effective relay coil 6 is demagnetized. The stoppage of the excitation signals is output to the outside by a relay contact 28 driven by the transmission effective relay coil 6 at the same time.
