IT CONSISTS OF A STABILIZATION PROCEDURE OF THE GRAIN GRAIN SALVAGE THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF A HEAT TREATMENT TO INACTIVATE THE ENZYMES RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ALTERATION.
