Abstract

A shaped extrusion for a refrigerated display case or a similar shop fitting having a refrigerated trough member with insulating walls adapted to receive at least one display tray comprises a generally X-shaped member with unequal arms, the forward upper arm 12 carrying a rising vertical first arm 13 terminated by a contact surface 14 for a hinged window. The second downwardly-directed forward arm 20 provides a vertical abutment surface 25 and a horizontal abutment surface 33. The lower rear arm 36 of the extrusion 1 provides a horizontal abutment surface 34 for securing the extrusion to the trough member 2, while the last rear upper arm 41 of extrusion 1 carries projections 57, 58 on its forward side.
