EN EL PRIMER NIVEL SE ENRIQUECE EL AGUA RESIDUAL JUNTO A LOS ORGANISMOS ACIDOGENOS CON RADICALES DESHALOGENIZANTES Y/O DESULFONANTES Y/O DESAMINIZANTES. ADEMAS, EN EL PRIMER NIVEL SE A/ADEN CANTIDADES FUERTEMENTE SUBESTEQUIOMETRICAS DE OXIGENO (REFERIDAS A LA CARGA DE CARBONOS ORGANICOS) DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE MEDIANTE ADICION DE COMPUESTOS LIBERADORES DE OXIGENO.
