EN EL PRIMER NIVEL SE ENRIQUECE EL AGUA RESIDUAL JUNTO A LOS ORGANISMOS ACIDOGENOS CON RADICALES DESHALOGENIZANTES Y/O DESULFONANTES Y/O DESAMINIZANTES. ADEMAS, EN EL PRIMER NIVEL SE A/ADEN CANTIDADES FUERTEMENTE SUBESTEQUIOMETRICAS DE OXIGENO (REFERIDAS A LA CARGA DE CARBONOS ORGANICOS) DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE MEDIANTE ADICION DE COMPUESTOS LIBERADORES DE OXIGENO. AMBOS PASOS DEL PROCESO SE EJECUTAN DE FORMA VENTAJOSA COMO PROCESOS DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO BAJO APLICACION DE PORTADORES PARA LA INMOVILIZACION DE LA BIOMASA.
