Abstract

In addition, when the pair of wheels (8) are in the straight-ahead position, the guiding pin (17) can be displaced to the outer extreme position against the effect of a restoring force, and when the pair of wheels (8) pivot, the guiding pin (17) can be displaced to the inner extreme position by means of the restoring force.
