LA MEZCLA DEL ARIDO, CEMENTO Y AGUA PERFECTAMENTE PESADO PERMITE CONFORMAR EN PRENSA LAS BALDOSAS, QUE MEDIANTE UN CARGADOR SE DEPOSITAN EN PALETS, ESTANDO DEPOSITADOS ESTOS EN UNOS CARROS QUE VAN RODANDO POR UNOS RAILES DISPUESTOS EN EL INTERIOR DE UN TUNEL DE FRAGUADO ACELERADO DE LAS BALDOSAS, EN CUYO TUNEL HAY UN POZO CON AGUA CALIENTE EN EL QUE SE EFECTUA LA INMERSION DE LOS PALETS QUE POSTERIORMENTE CIRCULAN POR EL TUNEL EN UN TRAYECTO EN EL QUE SE PRODUCE UNA CIRCULACION DE VAPOR, OBTENIENDOSE AL FINAL DEL TUNEL LAS BALDOSAS FRAGUADAS Y CON LA DUREZA DESEADA, PASANDO A CONTINUACION LAS BALDOSAS A LAS PULIDORAS Y DE ESTAS AL PALETIZADO FINAL PARA SU TRANSPORTE.
