EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION COMPRENDE: A) MEZCLAR UNA SUSPENSION DE FOSFATO CALCICO Y UNA DISPERSION DE PTFE; CON LO QUE ESTAS COAGULAN; B) SECAR EL PRODUCTO COAGULADO EN UN HORNO; C) MOLER EL PRODUCTO SECO; D) AÑADIR UN LUBRICANTE LIQUIDO; E) TRANSFORMAR EN PASTILLAS POR COMPRESION EL MATERIAL RESULTANTE; F) EXTRUIR LAS PASTILLAS; G) EVAPORAR EL LUBRICANTE DEL CORDON EXTRUIDO; Y H) SINTERIZAR EL CORDON EXPANDIDO.
