Abstract

Abstract The mould which is the subject of the invention, of the type formed by two parts which can be separated by being hinged, has the feature of using a dovetail joint between its parts in order to ensure leaktightness during the ultra-rotation, which takes place on the two shafts projecting through the sides and which make use of clamps, which are joined to the said mould by means of fixed screws at the lower part and by means of bolts of the retracting and automatic type which link the top part, allowing, when they are withdrawn, opening of the mould together with the simultaneous disconnection of a latch which closes the mould during the ultra-rotation, in such a way that, upon opening, a detachable and removable liner, with which one of the parts of the mould is shaped internally, is actuated automatically in the direction of movement for expelling the component produced and for allowing initiation of a new cycle.
