Abstract
A disposable probe 1 which has a gas-supply line and a gas-separation line is connected to the nozzle 11 by means of a rapid-connection coupling which has sections 9 and 10 via which extend the ends of the gas circuit 2 connected to the gas lines. The gas-supply line which contains drying means 43, is sealed in the lower part by a fusible cap 38 and is sealed in the section 9 by a cap 39 which is holed when the probe 1 is installed in the nozzle 11. The cap 38 melts when the probe 1 is immersed in the bath. The carrier gas which is pumped via the gas detector 5 in the circuit 2 is dried.
